The Welipanna entrance of the Southern Expressway open again

Due to the prevailing rainy weather conditions, the Welipanna entrance of the Southern Expressway was flooded yesterday morning (11). As a result, the place had to be temporarily closed.

As of today (12), the Welipanna entrance was reopened for traffic at 7 am as the torrential rain falling in Kalutara district subsided.
