Special discussion between Samantha Power and the President

President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has held a discussion with Mrs. Samantha Power, Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development, through online technology. There has been a long discussion regarding increasing cooperation between Sri Lanka and the United States Agency for International Development.

It is mentioned that Mrs. Samantha Pawar has said here that she will give full support to the works being carried out for the welfare of the people and that there is similarity between the policy statement presented by the government and the policies of the United States agency.

Mrs. Samantha Power has further said that she is committed to expanding the development process in Sri Lanka as well as increasing the cooperation between the United States Agency for International Development and Sri Lanka. .
