Cabinet Spokesperson Minister Vijitha Herath says that nothing can be changed unilaterally, in the agreement with the International Monetary Fund.
The minister has further said that in order to make any changes, government will have to negotiate again with the International Monetary Fund. It is reported that the minister has said that he expects to amend the issues that have burdened the people.
