Discussion between the Prime Minister and university student associations

In the discussion held yesterday (17) between Prime Minister Harini Amarasuriya and university student associations, attention was drawn to many unresolved problems faced by university students regarding their studies and student welfare.

For this discussion, the Inter-University Student Council, Student Power for the Right to Education, Medical Faculty Student Action Committee and all Medical Faculty Student Unions, Inter-University Monks Council, Inter-Higher National Diploma Student Council, Sagara University General Students' Union, Engineering Technology Institute Students' Union and Moratuwa Faculty of Engineering Student Union, a group of representatives from a number of student associations including  were participated.
