Meteorological Department's warning regarding possible heavy rainfall

Considering the current low-pressure situation in the Bay of Bengal and its possible further developments within next few days, there is a possibility of occurring flood situations in some of lowline flood prone areas in following river basins. Therefore, residents and travelers in those areas are kindly requested by the Irrigation Department to be vigilant in this regards, from 25th November 2024 to 28th November 2024. And also Irrigation Department requests from Disaster Management Authorities to take adequate precautions in this regards.
