Public workers are called to work

The Secretary to the President has instructed the Secretary to the Ministry of Public workers, Provincial Councils and Local Government to take steps to call all public servants to work as usual from August 02.

Under this, the Secretary to the President has instructed the Secretary to the Ministry of Provincial Councils and Local Government to cancel all circulars issued for calling on limited staff on  cyclical basis and the circulars issued for performing duties from home under Covid19 epidemic.

Accordingly, all public workers will be summoned to perform their duties as usual from Monday, August 2, 2021.
