Mangala Samaraweera Passed away

Former Minister Mangala Samaraweera has passed away while receiving treatment at a hospital for a corona virus infection.

He was 65 years old at the time of his death.

Mr. Mangala Samaraweema was receiving treatment at the Intensive Care Unit of a private hospital in Colombo due to contracting the Covid 19 virus.

Funeral services will be conducted in accordance with the Health Guidelines.
